This document is a practical starting point, not legal advice. FieLink must insert its registered business details and obtain review from a qualified Ghanaian lawyer before public launch.
Authority
Advertise only property you own or are properly authorised to represent. FieLink may request identity, ownership, agency or mandate evidence at any time.
Accuracy
State the true location, current price, payment period, fees, availability, condition, features and restrictions. Do not conceal compulsory charges or create artificial urgency.
Photographs and intellectual property
Use recent photographs of the actual property and only content you have permission to use. Do not use copied competitor images, misleading renders, watermarks that obscure the property or images containing sensitive personal information.
Availability and duplicates
Pause or close a listing promptly after it is rented, sold or withdrawn. Do not post duplicate listings to manipulate search visibility.
Fair treatment
Listings and communications must not contain unlawful discrimination, harassment, threats or abusive content. Property seekers must receive clear and respectful information.
Payments and fraud prevention
Do not request payment using false identities, fabricated documents or misleading claims. FieLink may remove listings, restrict accounts and refer suspected criminal conduct to the appropriate authorities.
Review outcomes
FieLink may approve, request changes, reject, pause or remove a listing. Approval means the advertisement passed moderation; it does not transfer responsibility for its accuracy to FieLink.
