This document is a practical starting point, not legal advice. FieLink must insert its registered business details and obtain review from a qualified Ghanaian lawyer before public launch.
1. Report the concern
Use “Report this listing” on the relevant property page where possible. Include the listing, reason, supporting facts and a reliable contact address. Do not submit knowingly false or abusive reports.
2. Initial assessment
FieLink will triage reports according to urgency. Credible threats to safety, suspected fraud, unlawful content or serious privacy exposure may result in temporary restriction while the matter is reviewed.
3. Evidence and response
FieLink may ask the listing owner and complainant for relevant evidence. Information should be limited to what is necessary and lawful. Affected owners should ordinarily receive a reasonable opportunity to respond unless doing so would create a safety, legal or investigation risk.
4. Outcomes
Possible outcomes include no action, correction, warning, verification request, temporary pause, permanent removal, account restriction or referral to an appropriate authority. FieLink will keep proportionate records of decisions.
5. Privacy and data complaints
Privacy requests and complaints must be directed to the official FieLink privacy contact once published. Individuals may also have the right to complain to Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
6. Intellectual-property notices
A rights holder should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, the basis of ownership, contact details and a good-faith statement. The final process and counter-notice procedure must be settled by Ghanaian counsel.
7. Review
A user may request reconsideration by providing new evidence or identifying a material error. The final version must state response targets, escalation contacts and the responsible legal entity.
