Renting or buying

How FieLink works for you

1

Search with confidence

Choose rent or buy, then narrow homes by location, property type, price and bedrooms.

2

Check the details

Review every photo, description and location. Save promising homes so you can compare them.

3

Ask questions

Send an enquiry through FieLink and arrange a viewing before making any financial commitment.

Landlords & property owners

From listing to enquiry

1

Create a clear listing

Add accurate property details and recent photographs that genuinely represent the home.

2

Wait for review

FieLink reviews each new or edited listing before it can appear to home seekers.

3

Manage every lead

Track enquiries, mark follow-ups and pause or update a listing whenever circumstances change.

Before you pay

Protect yourself

FieLink connects people with property opportunities, but you remain responsible for checking the property, owner and documents.

  • Visit the property in person or use a trusted representative.
  • Confirm the identity and authority of the person offering the property.
  • Ask for ownership, agency and tenancy documents and verify them independently.
  • Never send money because someone is pressuring you to act immediately.
  • Use traceable payment methods and obtain a signed receipt and agreement.
  • Report any listing that looks misleading, unavailable or suspicious.
FieLink does not collect rent, deposits or purchase payments on behalf of property owners.

Marketplace standards

Rules that protect everyone

Be truthful

Prices, locations, availability, photographs and property features must be accurate and current.

Have authority

Only owners or properly authorised representatives may advertise a property.

Treat people fairly

No deceptive conduct, harassment, unlawful discrimination or abusive communication is allowed.

Keep listings current

Pause or remove a property promptly when it is no longer available.

These are practical marketplace guidelines, not legal advice. Formal terms and privacy documents should be reviewed by a qualified Ghanaian professional before FieLink’s public launch.
