FieLink FAQ
Clear answers before
your next step.
Practical guidance for property seekers, owners and authorised representatives.
Does FieLink own the properties?+
No. Properties are submitted by owners or people who state that they are authorised to represent them.
What does listing reviewed mean?+
It means the advertisement passed FieLink moderation. It does not mean every identity, authority, location or inspection check is complete.
Does FieLink collect deposits or rent?+
No. FieLink does not currently collect rent, deposits or purchase payments on behalf of advertisers.
Should I view a property before paying?+
Yes. Visit in person or use a trusted representative, confirm identity and authority, and verify documents independently.
How do I save or compare a home?+
Use the heart to save a property and the Compare button to place up to three properties side by side.
Why can’t I find a matching property?+
FieLink only displays approved owner submissions. Broaden your filters or save the search so new matches can be highlighted when you return.
Who can advertise?+
Property owners and properly authorised representatives may submit listings. FieLink may request evidence before or after publication.
What happens after I submit a listing?+
The listing enters review. You can follow its status in the owner workspace and make requested corrections before it becomes public.
How do I report a concern?+
Open the relevant property and select Report this listing. Serious safety, privacy or fraud concerns are prioritised.
Can FieLink guarantee a transaction?+
No. FieLink provides marketplace and moderation tools, but users remain responsible for independent legal, financial and property checks.
